1. MadTales Audio App — Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
MadTales (“App”) is an AI-powered audio platform owned and operated by
Madtales AI, enabling users to convert text into audio, create audiobooks,
summaries, and voice-based content. By accessing or using the App, you agree
to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. User Eligibility & Account
- Users must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Madtales reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse or violation.
3. Use of the App
- The App may be used only for lawful, ethical, and personal or commercial purposes permitted by Madtales.
- Users shall not:
- Misuse AI voices for impersonation, fraud, or misleading purposes
- Upload unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content
- Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the platform
4. AI-Generated Audio & Content
- Audio generated by the App is produced using AI and may not be error-free.
- Users are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and using generated audio.
- Madtales does not guarantee accuracy, pronunciation, or suitability for any specific purpose.
5. Intellectual Property
- The App, voices, models, UI, and branding are the exclusive intellectual property of Madtales.
- Users retain ownership of original text they upload.
- Generated audio may not be resold, redistributed, or sublicensed unless explicitly permitted.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
- Paid features are available via monthly or annual subscription plans.
- Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Madtales reserves the right to modify pricing or features with prior notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
Madtales shall not be liable for:
- Content accuracy or interpretation
- Loss of data or business impact
- Any indirect or consequential damages
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the preceding billing cycle.
8. Termination
Madtales may suspend or terminate access without notice in case of breach,
misuse, or legal risk.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Bangalore, Karnataka.
2. AI Consulting & Technology Services — Terms & Conditions
1. Scope of Services
Madtales AI provides AI consulting, software development, embedded systems, voice AI, computer vision, and advisory services as agreed under proposals, SOWs, or contracts.
2. Engagement & Deliverables
- Scope, timelines, and deliverables shall be defined in writing.
- Any changes to scope must be mutually agreed upon.
3. Client Responsibilities
The Client shall:
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Ensure lawful use of AI outputs.
- Review deliverables before deployment.
4. Intellectual Property
- Pre-existing IP remains the property of the respective party.
- Custom-developed IP ownership shall be governed by the applicable agreement.
- Madtales retains rights to reusable frameworks, libraries, and know-how.
5. AI Output Disclaimer
- AI systems involve probabilistic outcomes.
- Madtales does not guarantee absolute accuracy, regulatory compliance, or performance outcomes.
- Final responsibility for decisions and deployments lies with the Client.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary and business information exchanged during the engagement.
7. Fees & Payments
- Fees shall be invoiced as per agreed milestones or timelines.
- Payments are due within the agreed credit period.
- Taxes (GST) shall be charged additionally as applicable.
8. Limitation of Liability
Madtales shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability shall be limited to the fees paid under the relevant engagement.
9. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of India, jurisdiction Bangalore, Karnataka.
3. Talent & Staffing Services — Terms & Conditions
1. Scope of Services
Madtales provides talent sourcing, staffing, recruitment, and workforce advisory services in several Engineering domains.
2. Candidate Information
- Candidate profiles are shared in confidence.
- Profiles may not be forwarded or used outside the intended hiring purpose.
- Clients must inform Madtales if a candidate was previously known or engaged.
3. Hiring & Employment
- Final hiring decisions rest solely with the Client.
- Madtales is not an employer of the placed candidates unless explicitly stated.
- Performance, conduct, and retention are the Client’s responsibility.
4. Fees & Payments
- Service fees are calculated as a percentage of the candidate’s annual CTC.
- Replacement terms, if applicable, shall be honored as per the agreed period.
- Executive search roles may follow separate commercial terms.
5. Payments & Taxes
- Invoices are raised on the candidate’s date of joining.
- Payment is due within 30 days.
- GST shall be charged additionally; TDS to be deducted as applicable.
6. Confidentiality
All candidate and client information shall be treated as confidential by both parties.
7. Limitation of Liability
Madtales shall not be liable for:
- Candidate performance or attrition
- Client-provided information inaccuracies
- Indirect or consequential losses
8. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of India, jurisdiction Bangalore, Karnataka.
